What's the difference between prepaid and subscription? — Prepaid means you buy a set number of months (1, 3, 6, or 12) upfront. No auto-billing — when it's up, you choose to renew, subscribe, or let it expire. Subscription means $5/mo auto-renewing via Stripe until you cancel. Either way, access continues until your paid period ends.
I already have the desktop app. What happens if I subscribe? — Your existing key gets upgraded in-place. No new key needed. Community insights unlock in your desktop app, and you gain access to member Discord channels. Just use the same email at checkout.
What is that "Discord Only" option? — The $5/mo Global subscription works with or without the desktop app. If you only want access to member Discord channels, community stats, and networking — subscribe without buying the desktop app separately.
Refunds? — 15-day money-back guarantee on the desktop app. Prepaid months are non-refundable but you keep access for the full duration. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period. To request a refund, open a ticket in Discord or email hello@joblogist.com.
